Star Cinema Grill is located inside and offers wonderful menu items like southwest eggrolls, Caesar salad, pizza, and more. 
 
Francesca's Famiglia is a well-rated Italian restaurant in town. They offer regular menus, as well as a gluten-free menu with over a dozen possibilities. Enjoy pasta, risotto, chicken, salad, and more. Ruth's Chris Steak House is one of the more refined eateries in Barrington. The restaurant’s butter-topped beef is what they're known for, but you'll also find selections like lobster tail, stuffed chicken breast, garlic-crusted sea bass, and calamari.
 
If you're looking for a sleek venue serving Asian cuisine and sushi, Shakou hits the mark, especially for diners with dietary restrictions, as the restaurant has a gluten-free menu. 
 
Meanwhile, Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant offers New American fare alongside house-labeled wines. While here, try the drunken shrimp, crab and lobster bisque, country rigatoni, and chicken piccata.
